Infertility can be caused by issues with either male or female problems or by a combination of factors that prevent pregnancy.
Types of Infertility:

Secondary Infertility:

Causes & Symptoms of Infertility:
Male Infertility Symptoms:
- Infertility symptoms can vary depending on the underlying cause. They may include:
- Changes in hair growth
- Changes in sexual desire
- Pain, lump, or swelling in the testicles
- Problems with erections and ejaculation
- Small, firm testicles
Women's Infertility Symptoms:
- Changes in the menstrual cycle and ovulation may be signs of an illness connected to infertility. Also, hormonal problems can also lead to infertility. These symptoms include:
- Abnormal periods/ Irregular periods
- Painful periods
- Dark hair growth on the lips, chest, and chin
- Loss of hair or thinning hair
- Weight gain
Causes of Infertility:
The causes of infertility involve several problems. The problems that prevent couples from becoming pregnant are present from birth and occasionally arise later in life.
One partner may be affected by infertility factors or both. Sometimes there is no apparent cause.
Causes of female Infertility:
Several factors affect women, which can make it harder to conceive naturally. They include:
- Uterine Fibroids: Noncancerous tumors which develop in or on the walls of the uterus to prevent sperm from fertilizing the egg by interfering with implantation or blocking the fallopian tube
- Endometriosis: Endometriosis happens when tissue that resembles the endometrium grows outside the uterus.
- Pelvic Inflammatory disease (PID): An infection in the womb, fallopian tubes, and ovaries.
- Blocked Fallopian Tubes: Sperm cannot reach the egg when the fallopian tubes are blocked. It may also obstruct a fertilized egg from traveling to the uterus.
- Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS): This hormonal disorder may lead to regular or prolonged menstruation and may prevent ovulation.
Causes of Male Infertility:
The common causes of infertility in males:
- Oligospermia: Low sperm counts are a defining feature of oligospermia, a male fertility problem. It’s deemed low to have less than 15 million sperm count.
- Azoospermia: When there are no sperm in the ejaculate, the medical term used is azoospermia. When there is a blockage that prevents sperm from entering the ejaculate, it is called “obstructive,” and when there is a drop in sperm production, it is called “nonobstructive.”
- Varicocele: In the loose pouch of skin that houses the testicles, a varicocele is an expansion of the veins (scrotum). Blood from the testicles is carried via these veins devoid of oxygen. When blood doesn’t flow out of the scrotum properly and instead collects in the veins, it develops a varicocele.
Homeopathy for treating Infertility:
Homeopathy is significant in treating infertility because it addresses the underlying problem and contributes to a person’s general wellness. Homeopathy can improve the likelihood of a spontaneous conception and full-term pregnancy.
Dr. Care Homeopathy uses natural ingredients to make homeopathic medicines have no negative effects. They aid in addressing underlying issues, such as ovulation disorders, protracted or irregular periods, poor sex drive, or sperm retention.
