Treatment & Medicines

• All homeopathic medicines are prepared uniquely for each patient and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once processed or dispensed.

Consultation Fees

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once an appointment has been successfully booked.
• Patients may reschedule their appointment once within 30 days, subject to the doctor’s availability.

Appointment Cancellations

• Refunds will be issued only if the appointment is cancelled by Dr Care Homeopathy or the consulting doctor due to unforeseen or exceptional circumstances.
• Cancellations initiated by the patient, missed appointments, or no-shows are not eligible for any refund.
