Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Dr Care Homeopathy, every treatment plan and medicine is customized specifically for each patient based on individual health conditions and case history. Due to the personalized nature of homeopathic treatment, we follow the policy outlined below:
Treatment & Medicines
- All homeopathic medicines are prepared uniquely for each patient and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once processed or dispensed.
Consultation Fees
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once an appointment has been successfully booked.
- Patients may reschedule their appointment once within 30 days, subject to the doctor’s availability.
Appointment Cancellations
- Refunds will be issued only if the appointment is cancelled by Dr Care Homeopathy or the consulting doctor due to unforeseen or exceptional circumstances.
- Cancellations initiated by the patient, missed appointments, or no-shows are not eligible for any refund.
Policy Acceptance
- By booking an appointment or purchasing treatment from Dr Care Homeopathy, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
